Pick Up Orders

You have 7 days to collect the order in store. You just need to present your confirmation email (Ready-to-Pickup) to our lovely staff.

We're sorry to hear that. If you have not received a Ready-to-Pickup email over than 3 business days since you placed an order, please reach out to us support@kinkylizard.com.au or LiveChat. Our support hours are Monday to Sunday 8 am - 5 pm (AWST)

Unfortunately, all order once it's placed, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. We process orders frequently to ensure they get shipped out to you as quickly as possible and once an order is processed, we can no longer make changes.

We try to accommodate when we can but we can't guarantee changes to orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to split an order that've be placed in the same transaction. If you'd like to collect the item in difference store location, they will need to be made in separate transactions.
