Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
General Terms
Purchases from the Kinky Lizard Online Shop are subject to the following return and refund policy terms.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store and Kinky Lizard® cafes.
Returns
We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds of products for change of mind where we determine (at our absolute discretion):
- You have provided the proof of purchase, and you purchased the products within 30 days before the request for an exchange or refund;
- The products are in their original condition and have not been used, opened, damaged, tampered with or altered;
- The products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact;
- The products are not sale items, custom-made, special buy products, gift vouchers, or e-gift vouchers; and
- A return and exchange form has been completed.
We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change-of-mind return. You must cover these yourself.
For products purchased through our Site, all requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be made via email. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kinkylizardshop.com.au and complete a return and exchange form. Returns must be sent to Unit 7, 4 Bookham St, Morley, WA 6062, Perth, Australia.
Products purchased through our Site cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged at our physical café locations.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be processed after we have received the product and we have verified that the product meets all conditions set out in the clause of Australian Consumer Law. You will be notified once the refund is approved. Refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Notwithstanding clause Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to reject refunds, exchanges and returns at our sole discretion for all perishable food and beverage products.
Eligible products for refund are limited to merchandise, which is defined as, but not limited to, accessories, clothes, brew tools, and drinkware. Consumable products, such as food items, coffee beans, drinking powder, teas, or flavouring syrups, are not eligible for refund, whether opened or unopened.
Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, defective or stop functioning as intended within 25 days of receipt. To request an exchange, please send detailed information and photos to support@kinkylizardshop.com.au.
How to start a return
(1) To start a return, please contact us at support@kinkylizardshop.com.au to request the return and complete a return and exchange form.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 7, 4 Bookham St, Morley, WA 6062, Australia.
(2) Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not accepted.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected by our team.
We will receive a “Refund Confirmation Email” to notify you once the refund is approved.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear in your account after processing)
If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting our support team at support@kinkylizardshop.com.au
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, defective or stop functioning as intended within 25 days of receipt.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Cafés
Items purchased at a café can currently only be returned to a café.
